MK4/B5/NB D-Pad mirror switch adapter to make going from the joy stick style switch to early 1998 style D-Pad switch plug and play. The switch itself requires the correct matching door handle housing though (MK4 and B5/B5.5 Passat handles are interchangeable, New Beetle ones are NB specific due to extra lock button). D-Pad switches latch mirror heating function so on cars that didn't already have the mirror heating run to the defrost switch from factory as opposed to run to the mirror switch as some years did, that would need to be done if wanting to retain that feature.
