MK4/B5/B5.5 Golf/Jetta and Passat cruise control retrofit kit for cars with original Multi Function Steering Wheels (MFSW) swapping to none MFSW (aftermarket or factory). Pair this with a turn signal stalk with cruise control buttons to retain full cruise function when running a none multi function steering wheel. Plugs into the original MFSW relay location, relay number 451 or 452 depending on year, with no splicing needed.
The steering wheel airbag harness on the “new” none MFSW will need the horn wire in pin 3 on the yellow plug moved to cavity 5 to retain proper horn function without rewiring the dash harness.
For those who don’t mind de-pinning/re-pinning connectors, we also offer a cheaper cruise harness in the shop. Additionally, we can modify your current relay if wanting to save some money but still keep the swap as plug and play as possible.
