MK4 DWA Siren Retrofit Kit. The siren is a euro market option for MK4's and makes a chirp sound for lock/unlock and blaring siren for panic/alarm instead of the "dying goose" honk North American MKIV's came equipped with and DWA siren also has battery backup in case a thief attempts to silence it by unplugging it or battery power.
The kit comes with a good used OEM siren, adapter harness to go from original horn plug to the CCM (2 wires need run into the cabin, 1 get’s plugged into CCM connector and other get’s spliced into CCM positive feed), and a splice clip. This mod also requires VDS-Pro coding of the CCM to enable the siren. Price includes us coding your CCM if it is sent in BEFORE purchasing the retrofit kit so if you want us to do the coding, contact us before placing the order. If you place an order and send in your CCM afterwards, shipping charges for the CCM’s return shipping will apply.
