MKIV 5th Brake Light Mod Kit to. Kit includes 2 plug and play harnesses (1 for each bulb tray) and 2x P21W bulbs for the rear fob sockets. The harnesses have built in diodes so rear fog light operation (if equipped) will still work correctly.
If installing into factory North American tail lights, the rear fog reflector doesn't have a hole and needs the hole drilled out for the bulb to fit into. European and most aftermarket tail lights have this hole already.
Jetta Wagon versions are not available at this time.
