1.8T Narrowband to Wideband Adapter Harness
To add dynamic lambda monitoring to narrowband 1.8T engines for added tunability and/or MAFLess tunes, a wideband ECU, wideband front bank o2 sensor, and wiring changes are required. The adapter harness from By Litke LLC converts the 4 wire narrowband plug to a 6 wire wideband plug and includes 2 terminated wires to run to the ECU so the new lambda data can be received by the ECU. There is also an optional 15 Ohm 25W resistor and terminated wire to run from the ECU to an ignition source to remove the VVT fault code CEL when using a wideband ECU on 1.8T's without VVT. This can also be coded out by tuners so the resistor is not needed but please consult your tuner before choosing to add a resistor or not.
ECU and o2 sensor are NOT included.
