MK4 Golf/Jetta and B5/B5.5 Passat OnStar and Bluetooth "third visor" panels. Replaces the original flip down third visor above the rear view mirror. These are refinished in black and come with a wiring harness for the buttons and red telltale indicator to light up. These will not add OnStar or Bluetooth to the car.
